Setlist notes

Axl ad a 102F degree fever today but they still did an amazing long show. Before Dizzy's solo the band and crowd sings happy birthday to Tommy. Axl says 'everywhere I go, there are you' to DJ Ashba during 'knockin' on heaven's door'. Before 'nice boys' Richard plays a bit of 'out ta get me'.
Axl ask after that song: 'how many chords are in that song?' to which Tommy replies: '3! And I fucked every one up!'.

Concert reviews

Right up there as the best gig I have ever been to. My expectations were so high as I had waited 20 odd years to see Axl. I flew from London to Lisbon and straight back again, talk about knackered. Axl did his usual, came on late and my friend was getting fed up, but I didn't care as I just knew it would be worth the wait. It certainly was, every single second of those 24 years. Axl was spot on vocally and a God of rock. Although I am also a massive Slash fan, I didn't miss him one little bit. The current GNR members are amazing in their own rights and did the fans proud. Best moment for me, civil war. I am really looking forward to the Birmingham show next month. Love you guys.

Not sure why my review above only had 2 stars, it should have been 5, or as I am half asleep why I put civil war in there. But all in all, get yourself to a GNR gig, you won't regret it. Ps, can you add an edit function for the reviews we post. Thanks
